Society of Sci-Pi Tutorial Sessions/Lectures guidelines (GenMath):

1.) The Society of Sci-Pis tutorial sessions/ lectures is an activity of the organization
that attempts to help students who are having a hard time on the subjects in the
areas of Mathematics and the Natural Sciences. The following would be the
guidelines and procedures with regards to how the activity would be executed:
A.) The activity would be happening one hour per week per subject.
B.) The facilitators of the activity are the students who will teach and tutor the
students who are in need. Note that these students are accepted by the teachers
themselves.
C.) There are no prerequisites for these lectures. The topics that would be discussed
in the lectures would be an in depth and step-by-step review of the topics discussed
in the classroom.
D.) The activity is also available to those who are not in need, but are interested to
develop their skills further in these subject areas.
E.)In order to assess improvement besides what would happen inside the subject of
the teacher, the students who will go to these lectures are required to submit
problem sets that the student teacher would give at the lecture. They are free to
submit the problem set in the drop boxes in front of the faculty room within the
course of the week. Failure to submit of the problem set will have/not have
sanctions such as: -

F.) Should the activity be successful, the Society of Sci-Pi would continue the activity.

2.) The Society of Sci-Pis tutorial sessions/ lectures is an activity of the organization
that attempts to help students who are having a hard time on the subjects in the
areas of Mathematics and the Natural Sciences. The following would be the
