Negotiated terms, enforced and followed up contracts with supplier and

manufacturer; and investigated purchasing methods to optimize full customer-

focused order cycle;
- Arranged and tracked the shipment with supervision of quantity, quality of the
shipped goods; participated in logistics carrier selection and performance
evaluation process;
- Prepared and reviewed shipping document, focused on customs compliance of
import clearance; and coordinated with external vendor for supply chain
improvement;
- Resolved non-compliance issues of contracts and handled claims to related
vendors;
- Liaised and maintained relation with international supplier, manufacturer and
carrier.
- Conduct other tasks as assigned by Project manager.
