Dear Mayor,

Greetings! I am Jonna Marie Tapay Ibuna, a native and resident of Marawoy, Lipa City. I
finished my elementary schooling at Inosloban Marawoy Elementary School Inosloban,
Lipa City, my high school at The Mabini Academy Balintawak, Lipa City, and my college
at Batangas State University Marawoy, Lipa City. My family belongs to the indigent
families of Lipa City.

With my determination to graduate and prove that poverty is not a hindrance to success,
I obtained my degree, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, last April 2014. I am now
working as a Senior High School Teacher I at Pinagtongulan Integrated National High
School, Pinagtongulan, Lipa City since June 2016.

In order to be an effective educator, I decided to enroll in the Master of Science in

Psychology program of Laguna College of Business and Arts Calamba, Laguna. Such
enrolment is due to my belief that educated students root from greatly educated teachers.

I know that helping runs on your blood as what your accomplishments in Lipa City show
so I didnt hesitate to confront and ask for a possible scholarship from your good office.
