9 HOPE
ASH WEDNESDAY
This is the time for all of us to repent and to be able to reconcile
with one another. When the ashes are drawn on our foreheads,
we are to remember that we are all sinful people. No one is
exempt. We should be able to realize that we are all imperfect
and that we should accept that as well. We should accept how
flawed and fallible we are as human beings. But, we must never,
ever forget that we always have an opportunity to change
ourselves and turn away from sin. Every act we do, every
thought that passes our minds, those are chances that will help
us achieve change and turn away from the evil that is sin. We
must remember that God is always there to give us a chance and
always there to forgive us if need be.
1ST SUNDAY OF LENT

In the first place, we should all know that lent is the season
repentance and reconciliation. But we also must keep in mind
that this season is also the season for sacrifice. There are times
when we go astray from our paths towards righteousness but
always bear in mind that God is always watching. Always
prepared to lend us a helping hand and guide us away from the
evils of the world. But of course, we must look to ourselves to
turn away from these evil and stay away from evil despite the
things tempting us to do so.
2nd SUNDAY OF LENT
We must make sure that we are sacrificing for the right
reasons. We must be able to know the difference from right and
wrong and not stray from path that is goodness. We are together
in God in this journey. He is the one we all should be sacrificing
for. All of us are climbing this mountain together with our God
and we must make that we do not leave Him for anything. And
even if it doesnt take much of your time, spend time with the
Lord. Make a little sacrifice for Him
3rd SUNDAY OF LENT
The water has always been a symbol of baptism and
the Holy Spirit. Like water in times of drought, God will
be there in the times we need Him the most. Gods water will
replenish our thirsty souls and even in this season in which we
thirst for more, we have to bear in mind that only Gods water
can save us from this seemingly unending thirst
