Dear Sir,

With ref to above subject, I had planned to go annual vacation from 30/12/2017 to 01/02/2018 (29
Days) for my personnel works and I completed bookings also, but as per your instructions I was
cancelled my total bookings under the condition of providing Leave Balance Money, But HR was rejected
my leave encashment request. So Now I have only one option I must go annual vacation in same
mentioned above dates. So please approve my request to proceed for re booking of my tickets.

So please do the needful.
