1. Prepare for each class by scanning the
appropriate chapter from your text book
2. Attend every class and take effective
notes
3. Review your notes and check for
understanding
4. Talk to your professor or GA for
clarification when needed

6. Use an agenda where you note: your
class time, assignment deadlines,
midterms, and finals
7. Schedule study time during the week
and weekend. Expect to spend at least 2
