i. Knowledge on the subject and advance
ii. Skills on the subject and advance
2. Teaching Material
i. Quality need external person to help review and comment
ii. Language at least 2 languages: Bahasa and English if can add Chinese is better
iii. Standardized all instructor using the same teaching material for delivery the
knowledges and skills
3. Training Equipment
i. Quality and Quantity good condition and is enough?
ii. Match with industry? Is same concept with industry machines or tools?
4. Management
i. Monitoring
a. Attendance Punctuality of student and instructor
b. Attitude attitude for student and instructor
c. Planning All the action is on schedule
d. Quality in all part (incl. Qualifications of Instructor, Quality of Teaching
Material, Situation of Training Material etc)
