1. Choose and describe an aspect from a teaching competency that you need to work on (Goal)
- Manage the classroom by having a teacher character that students can respect and respond
to my instructions.
2. Describe what you will do to help achieve your goal (Strategies Used)
- I will praise and use the reward system during the class time to get the students attention
and focus to the lesson. So that I can control them and they will be quiet.
3. Describe how you can tell if youre achieving your goal (Evidence)
- I think when I use the strategies and students are interacting with me or having control them.

I will start introducing the lesson by sinning the walking song with students as interacting
for the begging. Then, the morning song that the teacher does it with them. After that I will
being the lesson by doing a small review for the other letters sound. For example: I will
write Ss and ask students to spell out the sound. Then, I will start with the PowerPoint of
letter Ii. After this, I will choose four students to come and raise the wooden stick of
