Foster more collaboration between ELL department and
classroom teachers
Learn about more resources that support acceleration of
students ability (especially writing) beyond the plateau
Help parents understand the reality that language learning
takes time and work
Experiment with new technologies that can energize/update
teaching practice
Learn Vietnamese
Ensure my kids become bilingual or multilingual
