GLOBAL ADMINISTRATION

Culture: Is the social behavior and norms found in human societies. Culture is
considered a central concept in anthropology, encompassing the range of
phenomena that are transmitted through social learning in human societies. Some
aspects of human behavior, social practices such as culture, expressive forms such
as art, music, dance, ritual, and religion, and technologies such as tool usage,
cooking, shelter, and clothing are said to be cultural universals, found in all human
societies. The concept of material culture covers the physical expressions of culture,
such as technology, architecture and art, whereas the immaterial aspects of culture
such as principles of social organization (including practices of political organization
and social institutions), mythology, philosophy, literature (both written and oral), and
science comprise the intangible cultural heritage of a society.
Society: is a term that describes a group of individuals marked by a common culture,
a certain folklore and shared criteria that condition their customs and lifestyle and
that are related to each other within the framework of a community.
State: is a notion with value at a political level that serves to present a type of
organization of sovereign and coercive type with social scope. In this way, the State
brings together all the institutions that have the authority and power to regulate and
control the functioning of the community within a specific area through laws that
dictate these institutions and respond to a certain political ideology.
Nation: is the set of people, usually born in the same place, who speak the same
language and have the same customs, thus forming a town or a country.

Culture and business: Globalization has given rise to a great diversity in the
workforce of companies. Being formed by people from different countries, cultures,
religions, age groups and genders. It edges new forms of co-operation, even in the
ambit of conflict management. Find ways to identify personal differences, but also
common points and adopt them to the culture of the company, which can also be
deeply marked by their country of origin.
Cultural Strategy: Is a new field. While artists have always been leaders in creating
change, their contributions are often seen as peripheral, their work is made with
limited resources or infrastructure, and their impact has not been studied in any
substantive way. Culture Strike aims to change that by connecting artists and
movement groups as well as evaluating and documenting case studies of vital and
viral work that has changed hearts and minds. We believe that with evidence and
tools, artists, organizations, and funders are inspired to move beyond perceiving art
as a nicety and culture as the softer side of political organizing, to invest more
robustly in artistic values of imagination, experimentation, and innovation.
Cultural Architect: Are able to change the mindset of others,' he says. 'They are
able to break barriers, they have visions. They are self-confident and able to transfer
self-confidence to other players. Beckham has grown to become a cultural architect.
Multicultural leader: Is leading a global workforce with distributed teams from
across the world having team members drawn from different countries, cultures,
languages, religious beliefs, and ethnicity. Great multicultural leadership requires flat
organizational structures.
Multicultural negotiator: The clash of cultures is a factor that must be taken into
account by those actors who are accustomed to participate in the negotiation
process, since the impact that the product or service that will be imported from
another country will surely be loaded with cultural aspects, such as being of
manufacturing, the uses that are frequently given to it, the forms of payment, among
many other aspects that negotiators must take into account when attempting to
directly influence a culture with elements that are alien to it.
