age. Faustina Sasam Paez, a resident of Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City, Marina Sasam Juarez,
Dioscoro Sasam Antiola, Virgincita Sasam Generales, a residents of Prk 5, Bliss, Buru-un, Iligan
City, Ludivina Sasam Lubguban, a resident of Bayanihan Village, Santa Elena, Iligan City, and
Erlito Sasam Geocallo, of Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

We Appoint and Constitute Sixto Sasam Cabarse, of legal age a resident of Prk, Santan,
Sangi, Magsico, San Fernando, Cebu City, to be our True and Lawful Attorney-in-Fact. Hereby
granting our consent to transact, sell, sign and receive money as payment for a parcel of lot,
situated at Cabatbatan, San Fernando, Cebu City.
