Observe more lessons

Preparedness: How does the teacher make sure the students are prepared
for the day?

By asking them some questions. Also, put them a song and they will dance.

Pace and flow: How does s/he make sure all students are involved and
attentive?

She walks around the student and sees their work if they do something
wrong she says make it again.

Transitions: How does s/he get student attention? Keep their attention
and move to the next task?

She shows them a picture then they will do the same as in the picture.

Behavior: How does s/he deal with misbehavior?

She sometimes talks with them, and other time shout at them.

Encouragement: How does s/he interact with students/as a


group/individually e.g. praise, self-confidence, humor, and support?

She say to them good job, excellent, and grate job.
