ISP TRAFFIC CRASH ALERT

The Following Preliminary Information is Being Released by Illinois State Police
District 21

WHAT: Fatal Crash

WHERE: IL Route 9 @ 2380 E (Ford County)

WHEN: Tuesday, November 28, 2017, 12:17 p.m.

VEHICLE: Brown 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix

DRIVER: Angel L. Paiz, 23, Urbana

PRELIMINARY: Preliminary investigation has indicated the Pontiac was traveling

westbound on IL Route 9 at Ford County 2380 East Road. The Pontiac
went off the roadway and overturned several times, ejecting the driver.
The driver of the Pontiac was pronounced deceased on scene by the
Ford County Coroner.
