To whom it may concern:

We are requesting for your approval on our planned meeting to be conducted tomorrow, October 24,
2017, 10am to 12 noon at Tanauan City College. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss about the
upcoming events and programs of our department.

BS Entrepreneurship officers will be having once a week meeting and be held every Tuesday. We will
also request for a vacant room to conduct this meeting.
