To Whom It May Concern:

Please accept this letter of reference for Theresa Daniels. Although I have known Theresa for a
relatively short period of time, I am completely impressed with her professionalism, leadership
demeanor and attention to detail. During this time I served as her Practicum supervisor while
she was a graduate student at Concordia University. We worked closely together as she com-
pleted the requirements for her Internship, a field based study of the principalship.

Theresa is a diligent and dedicated student. She performed her duties and responsibilities with
professionalism and expertise. When an administrative assignment presented itself, Theresa
jumped in, ready and willing to assume the leadership necessary to get the job done. She is
particularly strong in the Executive Leadership aspects of our profession. Her strengths include
the ability to motivate both teachers and students to accomplish the school mission. Her strong
communication skills are supported by a high degree of empathy for the students who may need
additional assistance.

Theresas polished and practical leadership skills allow her to relate to each person on his or
her level with respect and a genuine desire to build trust. Her greatest asset is that she genuine-
ly cares about the students and seeks to provide the very best learning environment possible for
them.

I strongly recommend serious consideration for Theresa Daniels for a position with your organi-
zation. She will immediately be an asset to any leadership team.

Respectfully,

Mitchell D. Hall, Ph. D.
