GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Magnaflux Crack Comparators are used to measure the actual size of indications identified during the liquid
penetrant inspection process.

The Magnaflux General Purpose Comparator is measured in increments of 0.005" to 0.125".

The Magnaflux General Purpose Metric Crack Comparator is measured in increments of 0.2mm to 3.0mm.

The Magnaflux Pratt & Whitney Crack Comparator is measured in increments of 0.010" to 0.180" and meets Pratt
& Whitney requirements ( P&W Reference - TAM 135273).
