Site License Agreement for Educational Institutions

The authors of POLYMATH and the CACHE Corporation agree to license this Educational
Version of POLYMATH 5.0 under a site license. This site license allows unlimited use and
unlimited distribution of this version to current students, faculty, and staff of the licensing
educational institution for use in computer labs, on computer networks, and on computers owned
by the institution or by these individuals. Distribution to and use by any other individuals is
strictly prohibited.

Students who have graduated and faculty/staff who have left the educational institution must
update to the professional version that can be purchased at the POLYMATH web site:

http://www.polymath-software.com

Permission to otherwise copy, distribute, modify or otherwise create derivative works of this
software is prohibited.

This software is provided AS IS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATION AS TO ITS FITNESS FOR

AND PURPOSE, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, including with limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. The authors of POLYMATH and the CACHE Corporation shall not be liable
for any damages, including special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, with respect
to any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the software even if users have not
been or are hereafter advised of the possibility of such damages.
