The Empty Folder Cleaner is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

1. All copyrights to Empty Folder Cleaner are exclusively owned by the author – 4dots
Software.

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 15 days. Following this test period
of 15 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Empty Folder Cleaner, you must
purchase it.

3. Once purchased, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Empty Folder Cleaner
on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The licensed
Empty Folder Cleaner software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently
transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an
update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

4. Additional Terms for Businesses

Where you are licensing the Product as a business and not as a consumer, this License
shall take effect between 4dots Software and you as a business entity and you shall take
all appropriate steps to ensure that the Product is operated in a proper manner by your
employees and staff. Also if a Business Edition of the SOFTWARE is available you will use
only the Business Edition or Trial version of the SOFTWARE.

5. Storage/Network Use - You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE on a
storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE on
Your other COMPUTERS over an internal network; however, You must acquire and
dedicate a license for each separate COMPUTER on or from which the SOFTWARE is
installed, used, accessed, displayed or run. A license for the SOFTWARE may not be
shared or used concurrently on different COMPUTERS.

6. The Empty Folder Cleaner trial version may be freely distributed, provided the
distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
distribution of Empty Folder Cleaner without written permission from the copyright
holder.

7. Warranty Disclaimer
THIS PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT

INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF
THE USE OR OF INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
9. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset
of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are
reserved by 4dots Software.

10. Installing and using Empty Folder Cleaner signifies acceptance of these terms and
