Subject: Analysing Issues with Sample Memo

In the sample memo given the document goes over various safety procedures to avoid burns.
While the information is useful the way the information is presented is poor. While the
information is correct and accurate, the memo has several issues.

1. Conciseness - A long series of paragraphs is long winded and causes people to

overlook key information. The set up needs to streamline and the information needs to
be more summarize for people who cant read the entire memo.
2. Readability - The paragraph format is hard to read for a long period of time and can
leave some people lost in the minutia of the information.
3. Clarity - So parts are pointed out for specific people, but some general information is
hard to find in the memo. More bolding and other techniques can bring out key
information lost in the paragraphs.

That was what I saw from the memo that I believe needs to be changed. If you disagree or want
