Task 2 & 3 Reflections.

Through all the teaching practices I have done with my education program. I think the
best 3 were at ibn zaydoon school, well spring school, and rak academy school. Each
one of them was different and thats why I gain a benefit and good experience in. Ibn
zaydoon school was a boy's primary school for the first time to me. In this school I
teach grade 1 kids. The experience was hard at first because of the boys behaviors at
the classroom but after I get used and learn some strategies from my mst I deal with
them and manage their behaviors perfectly with a different effective strategies. I did
ten different lessons with them, so this practice gives me the ability to develop more.
In other hand, the well spring school was a nice experience in a private school in my
opinion. The classes at this school has a lot of areas for learning, and the learning was
fun. Teachers are having a lot of different fun method for teaching small kids. The
practice in rak academy help students to learn and read better as I go through different
kinds of lesson like literacy, guided reading, and grammar. I satisfied my lesson
objectives in there and I think students were gaining a knowledge and benefit from
my time with them. From rak academy school I learn about the class dojo for the first
time in my life. it is a kind of website for taking the attendance, get students points for
participating in class, and also a way of contact between teacher and the student's
parents. I think this helpful website will be good if the Emirati public school use it.
"Class Dojo is so fun and motivating for students, it's easy to use, and it's a great way
to communicate with students' parents without giving out your personal phone
number. As a teacher, it's easy to set up your class. Each of your students is assigned
(or chooses) a "monster" to represent them in your class. Parents can be invited to
view their child's Dojo account, and there is a messaging tool where you can talk to
parents and they can talk to you (like texting but without your cell phone number)"
