Hello Administrator, I am writing this to inform you of the amount of F students in my

classes for midterm, youll be pleased to see it is a very short list. I have attached the list below

This artifact is an example of an email I would send to my administrator around midterm

to inform them of the amount of students who are failing my class. I saw this example in my
cooperating class room, as my teacher had to do the same. The reason behind this is so the

administration can put those students in remedial programs that are set up by the school. It is

important for the teachers to follow these deadlines to insure students get the help they need.
