Goals and Unit Objectives

We have five main goals and objectives for this weeks unit:

1. Practice close reading skills, focusing specifically on character development.

2. Practice working in groups for group discussion and activities.

3. Prepare and present developed projects to the class.

4. Reflect on presentations.

5. Begin discussing the topic of daydreaming and set the tone for Alice in

Wonderland novel.

Along with these main goals and objectives, our students will continue to work and build

upon their daily journals, prepare and take a spelling test, and practice their grammar

skills with daily bell ringers.
