OBJECTIVE

I am seeking a position as a head coach of a high school program.

COACHING BELIEFS/PHILOSOPHY

I believe to be a successful coach you must develop the athletes physically, psychologically, and
socially. I value the importance of working hard, having integrity on and off the court, the power
of habit, empowering athletes to achieve their potential as a person and teaching life lessons
through sports. I also believe that athletes need to earn their uniform, the importance of teaching
both technical and tactical skills, that its important to have a connection with my athletes,
building a strong team culture, making effort non-negotiable, and continuing to learn make for a
successful coach.
