Introduction
In this report, I will write about my three of my personal goals, which I have struggled
with during my previous TP experience. The goals are transitions between activities, lesson time
management and giving clear instructions. Also, I will provide some suitable strategies that are
useable to meet my goals.
Second Goal
My second goal for this PDP is improving time management during a lesson. The reason
for setting this goal is because every time during the lesson, I would lose my track of time, for
example, in my lesson plan I sat a duration of 5 minutes for the opening, but I would use more
than five minutes and that will affect the rest of my plans for the lesson, as there might be no
time for completing at least two activities.

I thought that two to three lessons would be enough for me to accomplish this goal, even
if it was not a full success, at least I would be able to have an idea about it. Thus, for achieving
this goal, I thought about some strategies that are going to help me in completing my goal. The
first one is that I would time my lesson plan, where I will write the time that is needed for each
part of the lesson. Another strategy is to keep a memo beside me that reminds me of the time.
As I sat this goal, I thought that I might need some support either from my MST or my
colleagues, so that during the lesson they might send me a sign, to remind me for example that I
have to finish the engagement part so that I will start with the activities. After the lesson, I might
need some feedback from my MST or colleague, so I can improve my performance next time.
Third Goal
As for my third goal, I thought of getting with improving my instructions, and how am I
delivering them. I chose this goal because I always find some problems when I want to give
instructions whether they were for activities or other classwork. Sometimes, they are not clear
for the students so I thought of coming up with some strategies to make it easier for me to give
clear and easy instructions for the students.
For me to be able to achieve this goal, I thought of some strategies for this goal. One of
the strategies is giving instructions while demonstrating the activity as it will be easier for me
and for the students to understand what I want them to do. Also, I thought of letting one or two
students who understood the instructions to tell or show their friends about the instructions, as it
is easier for students who didnt listen from the first time to hear it again and have a better
understanding of the instructions.
Of course, I need my MSTs help, especially when she feels like the instruction is not
clear, or it was delivered in a wrong way so that there wont be any confusion during the
activities.
Conclusion
In this report, I mentioned some goals, and the reason for choosing them specifically is
because I wanted to improve them. As in my opinion, I think that these goals are the most
desirable goals that I want to achieve, thus after achieving them or being able to succeed in
implementing them, I will be able to persuade other goals to do them.
