3. Scope & Objectives: To make the students familiar with:


i) the various documents required to be prepared for filing/instituting criminal/civil cases and
conducting trial in those cases;
ii) the various steps of judicial proceedings necessary to be followed in various judicial
proceedings and
iii) various etiquette, skills and art of advocacy including making of oral arguments in a judicial
proceeding.
