Hello Dr. Sharma,

I am 57 yrs old, have been having right heel pain for the last 2 and half months.
Diagnosed as Plantar Fascitis with heel spur. Tried all the stretches, icing, golf ball
rolling, Contrast bath, Ultra Sound, Shock Wave therapy etc it gave a temporary relief but
the pain started again. I am a long distance runner, do have tight calf muscles. While
running I do not experience much pain, it is only early morning and other time I feel the
burning sensation. I would be grateful if you can help and advice how Homeopathy
medicine can cure / dissolve the heel spur /pain permanently so that I can resume
running.

Dear Doctor
Good Morning
1.I have calcaneal spur in Heel(back side, not at the bottom of heel)since one year now
2. I tried physiotherapy. Even now every day, I do strengthening exercises as guided by
physiotherapist. Every day, I gently massage the area with Ice Cubes for about 15 mins.
Earlier I tried dipping heel in warm salt water. I wear soft SKETCHERS shoes. I dont have
any long standing work. Lot of rest is given to Heel every day.
3. But I dont have total solution. The pain has reduced but not completely gone
4. I have never taken Homeopathy medicine. I live in Pune
5. How to completely get rid of this Heel Pain

Dear Dr. Sharma,

I have been suffering from acute pain just at the bottom of Right Foot for about a month.
According to the suggestion of a local Homeopath I tried Ledum Pal & after an interval I
also tried Caulophylum. Both gave me a little relief but not fully cured. Movement
aggravates pain & feel a bit problem when I step down for walking. Would you please
suggest suitable remedies either homeo or, tissue salts that can give full relief?

Hi Doctor,

I am having severe pain on my left heel. It started some 3-4 months back. Pain gets
aggravated while I step down after a short/long rest. After few steps pain gets relieved. I
used to get too much pain after a long walk or continuous standing. I have consulted an
Ortho dr and has taken x-ray, it shows a horny like thing on the heel. just a week I took
