The University has identified Zimmer Hall, which is located on campus and can accommodate the requested speaking event. In order for the university to meet its educational obligations, safety and logistical considerations require that the time of the event occur outside of our academic session. Accordingly, the University has identified the following dates, times and locations that are presently available for rent for a two-hour time slot beginning no earlier than 10:00 a.m. EST and ending no later than 3:00 p.m. EST: © Zimmer Hall — March 13, 2018; © Zimmer Hall ~March 14, 2018; © Zimmer Hall March 15, 201 ‘These dates and time are available as of the date of this letter. If Mr. Padgett intends to reserve one of these dates and times, he should make a request prior to 11:00 a.m, EST on December 4, 2017. Once we receive your client's requested date, time and location, we will check to ensure that the space is still available. If it is still available, we will provide you with a tentative confirmation of the particular date, time and location. Along with this tentative confirmation, we will provide Mr. Padgett with the rental contract for execution and we will address the other safety and logistical issues that have been raised.
