Sat May 20 Senior/Junior Prom, Golden Gate Fields - Berkeley, Oakland 8 p.m. -
Midnight

Tue May 30 Senior Awards Recognition Night Cafeteria, 6 p.m.

Fri June 9 Senior Farewell Rally Gym, 8:00 a.m.

Cap and Gown distribution - Cafeteria, 2:40 p.m.
Farewell/Yearbook Dance Gym, 7 p.m. 10 p.m.

Mon June 12 Seniors take finals during periods 4, 5 & 6

Seniors begin check out process. The 4 x 6 check out cards are
available in the Attendance Office. Regular school day schedule
for all students.
Yearbook distribution after school behind S11

Tues June 13 Seniors take Finals in periods, 1, 2 & 3. Continue with check
out Process. This is Seniors last official day.

Wed June 14 Senior Breakfast, Cafeteria 8:30 a.m.

Graduation tickets are distributed after the breakfast: must have
completed check out card in order to receive tickets.
All student lockers must be cleared out by the end of the day;
any items left are subject to confiscation.

Thurs June 15 MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal at Chabot College,

GRAND COURT. Seniors should report to Chabot College by
9:30 a.m. If transportation is needed, sign up for the District
bus in the Assistant Principals office.

Graduation 6 p.m. sharp @ Chabot College.

Seniors report to Arroyo Cafeteria at 4:00 p.m. in their cap
and gowns. Buses to Chabot College leave loop promptly at
4:30 p.m. sharp!

Finals for 9th 11th graders periods 1, 3 & 5

Minimum day schedule - 1:30 p.m. dismissal

Fri June 16 Finals for 9th 11th graders periods 2, 4 & 6
