**GCSC Foundation Scholarship Application Workshop: Thurs, Jan. 15, 6:30 p.m. EST at GCSCs Gulf Franklin Campus, Port
St. Joe, in Building A, Room 110. Anyone interested in applying for 2015 FCSC Foundation scholarships is invited to attend.
**Baseball: No M/S baseball practice until tryouts on Jan. 20, at 2:45 at FCS. JV/Varsity tryouts Jan. 20. Students must have a
sports physical/packet turned in by Jan. 20.
**FRESHMAN CLASS: Feb. 1, 2015, is the deadline to pay your $30 dues to Ms. Malcolm.
**ACTIVITY BUS: The activity bus will depart at 5:15pm on Mondays through Thursdays. The Activity Bus is for students being supervised by
a school staff member for after school activities. Students who are on campus after school, & are not being supervised by a staff member,
should be sent to the front office so parents can be contacted.

Franklin County Adult School GED Testing Center & GED Tutoring Classes
If interested in taking the GED, go to www.ged.com & register to take the test, choosing the Franklin County site for testing.
You will not be able to take the test on the same day that you register, so register early! The website also contains information on what
is needed to prepare for the test. The testing site is at the Franklin County District Office (old Brown Elementary School). The hours of
operation are: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00am-10:00pm. If unable to test on one of these days, call 670-2810 ext. 4127 on
Tuesdays or Thursdays to see if accommodations can be made for testing on a different day.
Classes for GED tutoring will begin in January. On Thurs, January 8th, there will be an OPEN HOUSE at Franklin County School in
Building 1100, Room 1106 from 6:00-8:00pm. For information on tutoring classes contact Nick OGrady at 670-2810, ext. 4110.
