Water Jet Cutting System

The load-bearing cutting table of the Water Jet Cutting System is
arc-shaped to ensure strong practical applicability and rigidity. Made
from double layered stainless steel interlayers, the water tank is highly
durable. Welding using this system is done using TUV welding certified
high pressured parts. Spare parts are from USA.

Plate Rolling

Horizontal Down Roller

The Plate Rolling Machine uses an NC control ease of operation and
high productivity. The machines rollers which are made of CrMo steel
(HRC 45-50 hardness) are equipped with braking devices to ensure
precise positioning and user safety while in operation. The machines
cylinder and piston rods are hardened to a toughness of HRC 48-50.
