JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
To review & approval of the NDT procedures as per the codes & standard.
Ensure that sub-contractors comply with quality aspects at the worksite to client requirements.
Conducting meeting & discussion with sub-contractors to review the weekly and monthly NDT performance.
NDE cross checking
Monitor for the Inspection of NDE (PA & TOFD)
Ensure that all NDE are in line with the specification and standards Like ASME, DNV OS-C401 and ABS
rules and applicable codes & standards for Oil & Gas Industry
NDE co-ordination & interpretation of test results
Inspection of NDT (structural & piping works) and ensures compliance with established work procedures and
project requirements.
Comply with company safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

NATURE OF JOB:
Worked as TOFD and PA Analyst in BAPCO Refinery (Bahrain) for Process Pipelines.
 Performed TOFD & PA in Ras Gas (Qatar) for Vessels, Bullets and Process Pipelines.
Performed Phased Array and C-Scan Corrosion Mapping for Cross Country Pipelines in Qatar Petroleum
at Dukhan.
Performed C-Scan Corrosion Mapping for Vessels, Columns for Qatar Petroleum in NGL.
Carried out Magnetic flux leakage ( MFL) in QP & RUWAIS
Review all NDE reports.
Monitoring of Subcontractor equipment and consumables certification.
