Kickboxing is a form of martial arts and sport originating in Muay Thai, Thailand, a
couple of thousand years ago. Kickboxing isnt just a form of martial arts but a
lifestyle and a real commitment. Many people misjudge kickboxing and believe it is
something to be bad and violent but this isnt necessarily true. Kickboxing is in my
opinion the opposite as it teaches respect, discipline and shapes the person you are
but for the better.

Kickboxing is sometimes referred to as freestyle karate as they have their similarities

but also differences. It wasnt until 1970s when the first ever world championships of
freestyle karate were hosted and this was the earliest and closest thing to what we
know as kickboxing today. Kickboxing is now hugely popular and championships
and contests happen throughout the year.

Kickboxing isnt for just super fantastic jumping head kick masters but for all ages,
shapes and sizes. Kickboxing Is something that everyone can enjoy, kickboxing is the
reason I am who I am and I feel it has had a major influence on my life.

What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back up actors,
locations and equipment do you have?

If am I not able to use the studio then I will have to film my one minute piece
to camera in another location. I will either decide to film the piece in one of
the other studios in college. If I am unable to obtain a camera from the
college then I will have to ask one of my mates for to borrow their camera.
The same goes for the tripod I will have to borrow someones tripod.
