The MST prepared name cards for students grouped by ability level, allowing the teacher to better understand students' levels and focus learning. Color-coded tables also helped students find their places without conflict. During a lesson observation, the HOFs saw the strong connection between the MST and engaged students, who demonstrated recognizing words, letters, sounds, numbers and number words after two weeks of learning. The MST then had students order plastic numbers and letters to make additional words.

Today was a wonderful day, my MST prepared something
new on the tables, and it was the students' names cards in their groups depend on their levels. I think that is useful for the teacher to know about their levels and to work on that for their learning. And it is a useful tool for the students because they will know where their places are and don't make conflicts when they will sit in their groups. Also, she called the group with the colors that the table is. For instance, the table is red and she called the group red group. At the second period the HOFs came to our class and observed my MST and it was a very good lesson which like a summary for the students about what they have learned last two weeks. I noticed that the HOFs were so interactive and happy to see the wonderful connection and interaction between my MST and the students. The students show that they recognize many things like reading a word, the letters, and the sounds, the symbols (number) and the written words of numbers. She reviews what they have learned in order to let the HOFs know what the students learned last two weeks and how they can read many HFW. After the break time, she did something different for another class after she reviewed some topics with the students. She gave the students small plastic numbers and letters in order to order the numbers and to make their words (letters).
