GEV269 are licensed from the manufacturer FUTURE TECHNOLOGY DEVICES
INTERNATIONAL LTD. to ERNI cable systems AG.

The newest versions of the necessary software FTDI FT232RL USB to Serial Bridge
Controller are downloadable from www.ftdichip.com. By downloading drivers and
software from this site, you agree to the terms and conditions from FUTURE
TECHNOLOGY DEVICES INTERNATIONAL LTD..
You agree that ERNI cable systems AG has made no express warranties to you regarding
the software.
The software is being provided to you 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind.

ERNI cable systems AG has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, updates,

enhancements or modifications.
In no event will ERNI cable systems AG be liable to you for any loss of data on your computer,
interruption of business, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
damages of any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action whether in
contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise out of the
installation and use of the software, even if ERNI cable systems AG has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
