On defendants allegation that there was no earnest effort at a

compromise

1. Will the defense admit that prior to the filing of this Complaint
by the Plaintiffs, Defendants filed a complaint before the same
Lupong Tagapamayapa against the Plaintiffs for the same
issue?

2. Will the defense admit that both parties were present during
the said Conference before the Lupong Tagapamayapa but no
settlement was reached by the parties?

3. Will the defense admit that due to the failure of the parties to
resolve the case between and among themselves, the Barangay
Lupong Tagapamayapa issued a Certification to File Action?

On the tax declaration and payment of real estate taxes

4. Will the defense admit that the Tax Declaration is now under
the name of Balisi?

5. Will the defense admit that the Plaintiffs paid the real property
taxes of the subject lot from 1996 to 208?
