AFFIDAVIT OF LOT ADJOINING OWNER

 
            We, _______________, Filipinos, both of legal ages and resident of
Antagan 1, Tumauini, Isabela, after having sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state.

1. That we personally known _________________;

2. That AAA owned a parcel of land located at San Antonio, Santa Maria,
Isabela covered by Lot No. _____________;

3. That we have personal knowledge that __________________, their

predecessor-in-interest is presently in open, continuous and notorious
possession and occupation of the said parcel of land, since time immemorial;

4. That our personal knowledge stems from the fact that we are the lot
adjoining owners of the said parcel of land which is bounded on the East and
North, respectively;

5. That we executing this affidavit to attest the truth and veracity of the
foregoing and for whatever purpose this may serve.
