PROFESSIONAL SEMESTER THREE: Final Report

Overall, I believe Michael to be a skilled, thoughtful, and thoroughly professional teacher.
In the short time of being at GS Lakie, I have come to know Michael in both a professional and personal capacity as his
Teacher Mentor. I was impressed with Michael's work ethic and motivation to be successful from the onset. He took the
initiative to familiarize himself with our school in June by volunteering to scribe/read PAT's for students as well as shadowing
some of my classes even though his placement was not until September.

Michael has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills and been innovative throughout his placement. He has the
ability to become a leader in technology and initiate change in the years to come. While here at GS Lakie, he established
himself as an expert in Office 365 and was successful in fully implementing MS Teams into all his courses as a Learning
Management System; something many veteran staff would find challenging. His willingness to consistently share and support
Lakie staff technically demonstrates that he is a team player, approachable and a valuable resource here at our school.
Not only is Michael highly intelligent; he also is very hard working and very likeable. He was able to quickly establish positive
relationships with his students, build relationships with staff and involve him self in many extra curricular activities such as
Coding/Robotics Club, Basketball, Halloween and staff social events.

In closing, I would recommend Michael Krokosh for any future teaching position that involves complexity and creativity, with
high quality requirements. He is an exceptionally bright and hardworking person who will do his very best to do an outstanding
job for whomever he works in the future.
