IT IS HEREBYAGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AND THIS

MOU WITNESSETH AS UNDER

Given below are the details of the Sponsorship and partnership we propose to offer to Burger Hubfor the
year 2017, Agnitraya Fest, IIM Kashipur running from 3rd to 5th November.

CASH SPONSORSHIP

A Cash sponsorship of Rs. 15,000 for the event is to be paid in lump sum in lieu of partnership between
Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and Burger Hub.

Deliverables from our end:

Burger Hub as the Official Partner of "Agnitraya 4.0" will be given prominent visibility in all the
advertisements of "Agnitraya 4.0" in the print, electronic and online media.
The name and logo of Burger Hub will appear on the Official Facebook Page and on all Branded
Flexes of "Agnitraya 4.0".
The name and logo of Burger Hub will appear on the Official Website of "Agnitraya
4.0". And "Agnitraya 4.0" would have a link of Burger Hub website on its website.
Burger Hub Posters to be put up in the hostels, canteen and at other strategic locations.
