Since we opened our first pizza outlet in 2011, we have maintained high standards of quality, consistency and
award-winning taste. Our customers know that every time they come to La Pino’z, they’ll enjoy great food.

There are not many secrets to our success. Owning a successful business is hard work and requires sacrifice, but I can
assure you that a strong work ethic and commitment to family and community has its rewards.

LA PINO’Z PIZZA – THE STORY SO FAR
QUALITA’E ABBONDANZA PIZZA La Pino’z Pizza (Earlier: Pinocchio pizza) is a new player in the restaurant industry.
Bolstered by the need for more choices in family-oriented take away experiences, combined with the option for
home-delivery and pleasant sitting area at the outlet is positioned to take advantage of the market need and serve the
families in the requisite area.
La Pino’z Pizza was initially set up by Mr. Sanam Kapoor as a sole owner taking the concept, product line, recipes, and
decors from Europe.
The business did well. The owners have the relevant experience of setting up the franchise and managing it efficiently.

The main business is to supply pizzas , pastas , salads , coffees (powered by La tozo D’orro and La Cimbali , Italy) , (Ice
Teas , Sparkling Drinks , Yogurt Smoothes , Shakes ) beverages, International Salads,.

La Pinoz Pizza (Earlier: Pinocchio pizza) creates a friendly and pleasant atmosphere for customers in a
well-designed, and productive environment in which people can work happily. We are sensitive to the look and taste of
good pizza as well as to high-quality ingredients. We look to provide the best possible value to our customers who desire
great tasting pizza and to provide customers with the satisfaction of receiving a great value, both tangibly and intangibly.
Additionally, you can also start home-delivery of pizzas in the hostels as well.
We will also create and nurture a healthy, creative, respectful, and fun working environment, in which our employees
are fairly compensated and encouraged to respect the customer and the quality of the product we produce. We seek
fair and responsible profit, enough to keep the company financially healthy for the long term and to fairly compensate
owners and investors for their investment and risk.

La Pino’z Pizza consists of 600+ Franchises and 15+ company owned outlets. La Pino’z Pizza takes great care in choosing
his Franchisees. La Pino’z Pizza owner Mr. Sanam Kapoor does not like to do things through the mail or phone, he likes
to meet the prospective franchisees and go over the franchise agreement explaining the entire program because there
are some very important business decisions and commitments to make. All La Pino’z Pizza shops are operated day to day
by the people who own them. A promise of daily operations is not enough. The prospective franchisee must go through
an intensive month of training in every aspect of the operation, with the help of some senior employees, and will assist
them for 2 weeks at the time of the store opening.

Consistency is one of the most important features of La Pino’z Pizza Franchise. .

We will assist you in site locations, remodeling, equipment purchase and suggestions, layout, promoting, advertising and
printing needs.

1 All Machines Provided ( Lincoln Pizza Machine – World’s No 1 Machine)
2 All Moveable’s Provided for the outlet like pizza machine , chimneys , SS working tables , deep refrigerators ,
POS (Point of sale ), Signage , IN HOUSE branding , pizza makeline , kitchen utensils , bike boxes , start up food
material and quantity (for around 1-1.5 Lakh) , menu cards (1,00,000 quantity) etc.
3 Only Fixture is taken care by Franchisee and a list of local procurement.
4 1 Month Staff Training ON site and 10 days training in Chandigarh at the working outlets will be provided.
5 Lately If required additional support , team from the corporate will be assisting at the cost of franchisee
6 *20 years agreement term includes:

1 .Is the franchise fee included in the initial costs of opening my store?

1 Yes, the initial franchise fee of ____is included in your total investment.

2. If I have no experience in site location or construction of my pizza shop, will La Pino’z help me?

2 Yes, as a part of the franchise fee, La Pino’z assists and advises in site selection, lease negotiation and the
remodeling of an existing building.

3. How large does my store need to be?

3 This depends on which franchise option you choose:

Concept 1: necessary space could be as small as 200 sq. ft. to as large as 1000 sq. ft.

Concept 2: necessary space could be as small as 250 sq.ft

4. Where do I purchase my equipment?

4 You may purchase equipment from any source; however, La Pino’z will provide the name of vendors which meet
all of the current La Pino’z cooking.

5. Where do I purchase my supplies and food items?

5 Franchisees in order to protect and to insure the continued success of our secret recipes are required to
purchase from La Pino’z and from approved suppliers meatballs, sausage, breading, pizza sauce mix, spaghetti
mix, printed bags; other food supplies may be purchased from the vendor of your choice provided that La Pino’z
specifications and standards are met.

6. Is restaurant experience necessary?

6 No, as part of the franchise fee, La Pino’z will train you and two other members of your staff in the proper
method of operating your La Pino’z franchise.

7. How long is the training program?

7 La Pino’z training is based upon your ability to feel comfortable with our system which normally takes a
minimum of three weeks. If necessary, training can be extended up to eight weeks if mutually agreed and
required.

8. Is there any field training provided once my store is open?

8 Yes, part of the franchise fee pays for a member of La Pino’z staff to be at your store the two weeks of business.
9. Is it necessary for the franchisee to be the owner/ operator of his pizza shop?

9 Most definitely. Our years of working with franchisees has shown that most successful pizzerias are those which
are operated by the owner

10. Can I own more than one pizzeria?

10 Of course, when your first store is successful, La Pino’z has a very attractive expansion program.

11. How do I advertise?

11 Through our years of experience, we have found that franchisees enjoy the feeling of doing their own
advertising. For that reason La Pino’z will provide you with various advertising formats which have been
successful in the past and advise you of their proper placement. The amount of advertising each franchisee does
depends upon his own individual budget and not upon a corporate requirement. The budget the franchisee
spends on his own advertising returns benefits to his own store, La Pino’z Pizza Shop will, from time to time,
promote the La Pino’z name in various media at no cost to the franchisee.

12. Do I get protected territory?

12 Yes. Every La Pino’z franchise has an exclusive territory right and will be defined in your Franchise Agreement.

13. What is the length of my Franchise Agreement?

13 All Franchise Agreements last for a total of twenty years.

14. Why should I invest in an La Pino’z franchise instead of opening my own pizzeria?

14 La Pino’z Pizza Shop has perfected its business. We know the pizza business. We know who buys, when they buy,
where they buy and why they buy. We know how to keep your operational costs low and your quality high. And,
our secret recipe of ingredients in our sauces, dough and sausage mix keep the taste of our pizza distinctively
Italian. La Pino’z system, on average, eliminates one year of startup time learning the pizza business which
would take place if you started your business from scratch. Statistics show that 92% of all franchises are
successful after three years of operation whereas 80% of all businesses fail.
