Question: Background information, Geography and History of Albania?

Summary: Albania is located on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea. About the

Geography, Albania is composed of two major regions; a mountainous highland region (north,

east, and south) constituting 70% of the land area, and a western coastal lowland region that

contains nearly all of the country's agricultural land. It is also being the most densely populated

part of Albania. Albania is the democracy country.

Before the Albania became the democracy country. Albania was rules by the Byzantine

Empire from 535 to 1204. An alliance (14441466) of Albanian chiefs failed to halt the advance

of the Ottoman Turks, and the country remained under at least nominal Turkish rule for more

than four centuries, until it proclaimed its independence on Nov. 28, 1912.

Albania is the poorest country in Europe. Most of the land in Albina is the use in

agriculture. Furthermore, Albania is the battlefield during the world war I. After the war, Albania

became a republic a republic in which a conservative Muslim landlord until 1939. Then, Albania

is change to be the commits country by Enver Hoxha in 1944. Hoxha devotee Stalin. Later on,

Hoxha broke with the Soviet communism in 1961. From then, Albania became independent and

become isolated from other country. It also be the economically undeveloped country.

Analysis and Opinion: Albania is the country that located on the eastern shore of the Adriatic

Sea. First, Albania is controlled by the Muslim government after the world war I. Then, Enver

Hoxha change Albnia to be a commits country in 1944. After the dead of Hoxha, Albania

become independent and isolated from other country. In my opinion, I think that one of the key

factor that make the economic development is the effect of the commits in the pass.

Question: What is the cause of gender equality in Albina?

Summary: The main cause that create the gender inequality in Albina is the traditional.

The old traditional in Albania make female inferior than male. They believe that woman need to

stay at home and only men should be the one who do work. Furthermore, the gap between rich

and poor and the rate of unemployment increases the gender discrimination too. Most of the

female in Albania are not allow to going to school and university. This is the reason that make

female have lower educated than male. Furthermore, the education system in Albania is outdated

because they had been communist country and have a lot of civil wars.

Analysis and Opinion: The old traditional believe, outdated education system is the main factor

that create the gender inequality in Albania. The believe that female have need to stay at home

and only men should be the one who do work have pass on from one generation to other

generation. In my opinion, I think that Albina government have to educate the young generation

by encourage the female to going to school.

Question: How the Albania government solve the gender inequality?

Summary: The government create the stronger rules to prevent and reduce violence against

woman, and eliminate gender discrimination in education and health services and in the media.

This will seek a better protect womans right. Albina create the National Strategy for Gender

Equality and Action Plan 2016-2020. This National Strategy is aim to solve the gender

inequality.

Analysis and Opinion: In my opinion, I think that Albania government have to change the law

about the violence against the woman to became fairer to woman. In addition, the government

have to encourage and support the education system for female.
