1. WHO ARE WE?

A recently established catering consultancy company formed for the purpose of bringing efficient business acumen
into the industry of catering and event management. The company has been formed to provide specialized catering
services and function and Restaurant management, training and consultancy. This company has been formed with
the premise of employing the young energetic and skilled personnel.

The company has been established involving the people that do the actual work on the ground i.e. operatives. The
concept of involving workers in the capital share structure will ensure real employment of all the participants. The
participation of the workers in the running and management of the company will encourage them workers to work
efficiently to ensure profitability of the company.

The Company is divided into three, viz: M. i. B. Catering Consultancy,

3.1. CORPORATE OBJECTIVES:

To provide cutting edge efficient waitrons and steward services at the most reasonable rates possible.

To provide catering and event management services, that has not been experienced in the industry at affordable
rates.

To create a professional hospitality and event management company, a pride of the nation

To empower the staff with real pragmatic business solutions.

To extend our nature of hospitality to the hospitality and event management industry.

To adapt and reinvent catering service and training and be remembered with pride ten years from now.

3.2. LONG-TERM GOALS:

To develop the company into a blue chip company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange within the next ten
years.

To create an internal sound and lighting department in three years from now.

To incorporate event management research and development functions in the company in the first five years.

To create an efficient functions and events management team.

4.0. DIRECTORSHIP

4.1. FUNGAI MASANZU:

Fungai brings a wealth of managerial, consultancy and marketing experience. He has been employed by an event
management company as a training consultant, training front managers and junior staff. He was involved in the
development of the staff-training module and training programs, has under gone THETA training programs. Fungai
has been exposed to the soliciting and sealing of functions and event management contracts.

5.0. STAFF PROFILE

We have a pool of waitrons and stewards, Food Service Assistants (F.S.A), cleaners with five star service training in
excess of 350. The qualification covers a vast element in the Hospitality from food service to bar -tendering covering
all aspects of food service i.e. cocktails to silver service.

Its worth-noting that our staff training program is not ad hoc but an on going process .Our staff are trained in
customer service bearing in mind that the customer is the single entity that pays our way and should accorded the
necessary treatment and service that exceeds his/her expectation.

During a two months employees strike at Sun City Casino & Resorts in 2006, we provided them with
100 staff members for their back up.
