How to handing RTWP alarm

Take site of UPD251 as example, and the ptwp alarm for this site showing as
follows:

1: Telnet to alarm sites with username and pass as zte/zte

Use commond of rssi showing as follows:

Umts Rssi( only check Umts Rssi)

Carr0 Rssi:-12480 dBm

Carr1 Rssi:-12420 dBm

Carr2 Rssi:-11980 dBm

Carr3 Rssi:-12560 dBm

value = 6(0x6)

If the value of carr Rssi is less than -112.5 then means this RRU
have hardware issue need to replace the RRU
