NEBOSH Criteria
leader/lead tutor who is likely to be a Member of an appropriate
professional body such as the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CFIOSH, CMIOSH, Grad IOSH or equivalent), or other relevant body. NEBOSH Criteria New Initial Teacher Training (ITT) pathways and qualifications leading to Associate Teacher, Learning and Skills (ATLS) status and Qualified Teacher, Learning and Skills (QTLS) status (including specialist routes for Skills for Life);
A requirement for all trainers and lecturers to fulfill at least 30 hours
of continuing professional development (CPD) each year. IOSH requirements The quality of delivery of IOSH training is critical. Appropriately qualified trainers should deliver the courses. Each syllabus for IOSH courses details the approval criteria for authorised trainers. trainer(s) must have a level 3 Occupational Safety and Health qualification (equivalent to A-level standard) trainer(s) must have at least two years' training experience (with a minimum 50 per cent face-to-face delivery), or a level 3 qualification in training trainer(s) must attend in a familiarization training day at IOSH. IEMA requirements Trainers must have experience of organizing and delivering training courses. Trainers must show experience in Environmental Management/EMS and environmental auditing (if relevant to course content). Trainers must be registered, or working towards registration, with IEMA as an Associate member, environmental auditor or EMS auditor (dependant on course delivered) to underpin credibility. Trainers must have training/teaching experience with relevant qualification being desirable, IRCA CIEH Trainers requirements
Trainers must register for each qualification they wish to deliver.
Trainers must send copies of your relevant certificates to the CIEH.
Each qualification has its own requirements for subjects knowledge.
CIEH Trainers requirements
CIEH registered trainers must have a teaching or training
qualification.
Trainers can take the CIEH Level 3 Award in training Skills and practice.
It is as a minimum requirement to deliver CIEH qualification.
CIEH Trainers requirements
Trainers must provide details of his/her employment in the last
three years including information on: Experience of training others Work in the subject field Continuing professional development (CPD) International Criteria for Accreditation of HSE Trainers Membership in an professional body in appropriate grade.

International Iranian HSE Trainer Forum
This forum has been established with the cooperation of CIEH on
Sep 2012 in Iran.
At the moment the forum has 13 Iranian accredited trainers.
The forum will be legally registered in CIEH-UK and work under its law.
The chairman of the forum will be selected annually by members.
CIEH will have all necessary supports of the Iranian trainers.
