After completing the online registration, and in case of a positive initial evaluation of the application,
each candidate will need to go through the following steps:

The evaluation process can take up to 2-3 weeks

Depending on the results of their evaluation, a

candidate can be asked to comply with additional
requirements as following a training session, give a
course under the supervision or passing an exam.
 PECB Trainers are evaluated continuously by PECB
through the course evaluation forms, which are
submitted by the candidates after the completion
of each training session.

Meanwhile, after a period of three years, trainers

will go through the Recertification Process and the
decision for recertification will be based on the

1. Having a valid PECB Lead Certificate

Recertification of In regards to the recertification process, the

following points shall also be noted:

The recertification process can be performed in

the period of 3 months prior/after the expiry date
of the trainer certification. If recertification has
not been performed during the set time period, the
trainer may be required to start the certification
process from the beginning.

• Requirements

If requirements for recertification have not been

met and the trainer does not get recertified, a
waiting period of at least one year (1) will be
applicable.
