Subject: Amendment to Combined NoR/SI

(A)To amend & replace NOR/SI 18.2 as follows:

18.2 Substitution of damaged or lost equipment is not allowed unless approved in writing
by the Race Committee. Request for substitution shall be made to the Race Committee at the
very first reasonable opportunity by completing an Equipment Replacement Request Form
available at the Race Office.
