    Banking and Insurance Laws - Essay


    Dear Students,
    University is very happy that you have taken admission in the Certificate Program in Banking and
    Insurance Laws. Your third Course is Essay Writing. In this third course you have to write Two
    essay on the topic given in the paper in your three hours examination. Paper will be divided in
    Two Parts i.e. Part-I-Banking and Part-II- Insurance. You will have to write one essay within
    2500 words from each part.
    In this third course you have to write two essays in your three hours examination.
    Topics of Essay will be from the topics given in the CBIL-01 and CBIL-02 courses of your
    program.
    In writing the essay take care of followings:
    1. Write Introduction, Meaning, Nature, Concept and Scope of Topic.
    2. Problems, Challenges, implications and prospects of the Topic.
    3. Pros and cons of the Topic.
    4. Conclusions, Suggestions and Recommendations for the Topic.
    5. Legal and Judicial dimensions wherever applicable in topic.
