4. Foor lunch have a boiled egg and lettuce salad (olive ooil and apple cider vinegar)
5. 6 pm another glass and a fruit
6. Dinner, grilled fish or chicken and salad
7. 2 hours before bed, drink another glass..
8. Repeat for 10 days
