CH4 SENSORS :

The indoor unit of the CH4 sensor HONEYWELL SENSEPOINT XCD RFD
display fault indication appear in the screen (F - 02), which indicate
fault in Z sense point which may be need to replace as shown in fault
table below .

The CH4 measurement display unit in the driver cabin shows (NO
SENSOR)

 EX-Proof Battery Box :
EX-Proof Battery boxes already installed in all MSVs by TMS technicians
it is necessary to connect two batteries in series so TMS technician
make a termination between two battery cables using normal shrink,
(not Ex-proof connection termination box) as temporary solution until a
another shipment arrive include ex-proof termination box as discussion
between J.V and TMS technicians.

 Steering problem:
The MSV Draw bar stop rotary pin with article number (40024805)
usually broken as shown in figure below

This incident made the ELOBAU Angle Sensor 2 in the trailer measure
the angle difference between the truck and the trailer almost 0
in mean while the truck is already steering (left or right) and the trailer
go in straight line,the ELOBAU Angle Sensor 1 in the truck programmed
when the angle pass the threshold angle of steering immediately stop
the MSV to avoid breaking the hydraulic draw bar with article number
(40122634) that connect the truck and the trailer together

Although the fork in the trailer got very wide open under the pressure
of the hydraulic draw bar
After TMS technician MR.EDWARD welding to compensate the gap
between the trailer fork and the trailer draw bar pin with article number
(40122724)
