We departed from Tawi-Tawi to Zamboanga and Zamboanga to Ninoy Aquino International
Airport on time. We rode grab car going to the Head Office and another ride using the Majestic Service Car going to Majestic Office. Generally, the itinerary was followed. The training started the next day, November 16, 2017. It was conducted by the Sales Engineer of the Survey Instrument. In the morning, we start in the general theory of how RTK works, the Dos and donts of the instrument, and the parts of the RTK. In theory, it uses Satellite signals and triangulate each satellite distance to the base and to the rover to compute for the distance of the two from each other. Other than satellite signal it also uses UFV radio frequency to transmit the error of the two. In the afternoon, we went to the site for actual testing of the RTK instrument for accuracy of the instrument plus actual training of the RTK. On November 17, we directly went to the site for training and troubleshooting of errors of the survey. We finished the training at the afternoon. There is a complete video footage of the training named as MOE_RTK_Training_Nov_15- 16_2017
