Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration of WISE PEAK DUAL TRAINING
SYSTEM INCORPORATED represented by its President GLENICE M.
ESTRADA, located at 814 B Dra. Salamanca St., San Antonio, Cavite City;

That, in compliance with the SEC Rules and Regulations, I am named as one
of the Incorporators of WISE PEAK DUAL TRAINING SYSTEM
INCORPORATED along with Glenice M. Estrada, April Yu, Annalie Pineda and
Rolando Pineda when it was incorporated last March 2014;

That, although I am one of the named Incorporators, I did not contribute

any monetary nor industrial capital to the said Corporation but in truth and in fact
was only named in the roster of Incorporators for the compliance of present SEC
Rules and Regulations and for convenience of the parties;

That I am currently an employee of the said company and not an officer nor
holding any managerial or any policy determining position;

That I am attesting to the veracity of the facts stated above, I have hereunto
